When attempting to capture from the Dentrix ImageRAYi sensor, the software remains at Sensor Ready status and does not retrieve the image.
The system may be using a non-Intel processor, a processor with support for hyperthreading, or a processor with multiple cores.
Within XrayVision DCV/DEVAA, click Preferences. Select Imaging Extensions, click the arrow next to Digital X-Ray Image Capture, and select Dentrix ImageRAYi Digital X-Ray.
Under Hardware Settings, you can choose between Standard resolution (binned) and High resolution (unbinned). Click the appropriate button to Set Standard/High-Res Options. This will bring up the Dentrix options interface. Choose Advanced, and check the box for Non-Intel Compatibility Mode.
