XVa3 crashes when the computer goes into suspend mode.
XVa3 continually monitors the patient database and other resources while it is running. When the computer is awakened from suspend mode, vital resources have been shut down by the operating system that are still being utilized by the application.
Disable the suspend mode of the computer.
Please refer the system documentation that came with the computer concerning suspend mode operation.
