XVa3 periodically displays the following error message:
"Duplicate registration numbers were detected"
This error can be caused by one of the following:
More than one installation of the XVa3 application is installed on the network and each installation is using the same registration number.
The user is using Win9x with drives mapped to directories instead of other drives (i.e. drive "R:" is mapped to "\\Server\C\Program Files\Apteryx").
If there is more than one installation on the network, be sure that each installation has a unique registration number. New registration numbers can be purchased directory from Apteryx, Inc.
If there is only a single installation of the software, then call Apteryx technical support to resolve this problem.
