HELP: GPF When Closing Application

SYMPTOMS

When the application is closed, it generates a GPF.

CAUSE

Versions of XVa3 before version 3.5 build 11 required TCP/IP to be installed on the computer.  If a computer did not have TCP/IP installed, then the application generated a GPF while trying to clean up its unused TCP/IP sockets.

RESOLUTION

Upgrade the application to version 3.5 build 11 or higher or install the TCP/IP protocol on the computer.
