When starting XVa3, licensing warning information is displayed:
The user has used the number of licenses that were purchased for the software.
To resolve licensing problems, the user must either purchase additional licenses or reallocate previously allocated licenses by selecting the license from the Licensed Computers listing and then clicking on the Reallocate License button.
