When starting the software or trying to mount a remote patient database, XVa3 displays the following error message:
"Pirated installation detected! You must purchase a separate license for each installation of the software."
Typically, this error is displayed when the software has been installed more than once on a network using the same registration number for the different installations. It has been reported that this error can occur in certain setups that utilize a Snap server or other dedicated storage server to store the patient databases.
Check to be sure that the software has not been installed more than once using the same registration number. If multiple installations have been found that use the same registration number, a new registration must be purchased from Apteryx.
If multiple installations have not been found, then contact Apteryx technical support in order to rectify this error.
