When working with XVa3, suddenly an error indicating that the current patient has been merged by someone on the network.
This message can be displayed: due to the fact that someone actually did merge the patient; or due to network communication problems.
If no one merged the patient, then the on-line documentation "Recovering from network problems" can be used to prevent the loss of patient data. This documentation can be found on Apteryx's eDocs web site. In any event, the network should be inspected by a qualified technician to determine what is causing the communication problems.
