HELP: Unable to create a new ZIP file; ZIP library busy

SYMPTOMS

It appears that this error occurs if users do the following:

1. Modify a layout
2. Click X to close (which causes prompt for "Save/Discard changes")
3. Clicking Save to save the modifications
4. Then immediately clicking X again, while the layout is still saving
5. Then clicking Save at the prompt again

This causes the following error messages:

Despite what this error message says, the file and modifications are not lost.

RESOLUTION

The user should wait until the file is completely saved before trying to close.
