When trying to update the XVa3 licensing, the following message is displayed:
"The PAC licensing can not be updated from this computer. PAC licenses should be updated from the computer or network on which the application is physically located."
The operating system is reporting errors when XVa3 is trying to determine exactly how the licensing should be updated. Since XVa3 is unable to obtain the required information before updating the licensing, this error message is displayed.
This problem can be resolved by contacting Apteryx technical support directly.
