MS Word will not automatically fill out documents that are spawned by XVa3.
The macro security in MS Word prevents the document templates from running the macros that are used to automatically fill in the document.
To relax the macro restriction in MS Word:
Start MS Word.
Select Security ... from the Macro option in the Tools menu.
Set the Security Level to Medium.
