To quickly and easily email images in AOL:
Define an auto export definition to export the image from XVa3 to a well known location. If a definition has already been created, continue on to step 2. For more information on auto export definitions, please refer to the Auto Export Definitions section of this documentation.
Right-click on the image
that is to be emailed and select the appropriate auto export definition
from Auto Exports in the
Save option in the
pop-up menu.

Go to AOL and create a new email message.
Attach the file specified in the auto export definition to the email.
To create an auto export definition for AOL:
Select Auto
Exports from the Auto
Export option in the File
menu.

Click on the New button.
Enter a name to identify this auto export (i.e. "AOL") and then click on the Next button.
Select the target path where the file is to be exported (i.e. "C:\Temp") and then click on the Next button. You can either type the path manually or select the path by clicking on the "..." button.
Select the Save the image to specific filename option and then click on the Next button.
Enter a target filename (i.e. "AOL.JPG") and then click on the Next button.
Select the appropriate file format (i.e. Jpeg Image") and then click on the Finish button.
Click on the Done button.
