Enter the command line
to launch the XVa3 application. Make
sure that you specify the network path to the XVa3 application if running
on a network even if XVa3 is installed on the local computer. You
will additionally need to specify the short filenames (the 8.3 format)
for the path and not fully qualified names (PracticeWorks can not handle
launching fully qualified names with spaces in them).

The parameter that follows the executable file is: /p?<LastName>,
<FirstName>::<SSN>::<PersonID>?
Note that there is a space between the ?,? and ?<FirstName>?
and that you should include the quotation marks. The 8.3 format of a directory
or file can be found by using the LongToShort_Filename utility available
on Apteryx?s utilities web site http://www.apteryxware.com/files/utilities.
