Contacting Technical Support

Before you call...

Be sure to check through the sections of the XrayVision Support Net site to determine if your problem can be resolved without needing to call a Technical Support Specialist. Often the problem has been resolved by Apteryx's testers and technical staff and the fixes have been posted on this site.

Be sure to search the Apteryx Knowledgebase. Also check through the Frequently Asked Questions, Tips & Tricks, Common Problems, How Do I...? and Known Limitations sections to determine if the problem you've been experiencing has been documented and resolved.

 

If you still need help...

If you purchased Apteryx Imaging through an Apteryx Authorized Dealer:
  • Call your dealer representative (the person/company you bought XrayVision or XVlte through)
If you purchased your Apteryx product directly from Apteryx, or wish to receive tech support from us:
  • Call APTERYX for Technical Support
    • Call 330-376-0889
    • Ask the operator for Tech Support or press 1 for Tech Support if you get an automated attendant.
    • Have your credit card ready, or purchase your support package ahead of time in our secure online store .
    • Be in front of the computer you are having trouble with.
    • Hours for Support: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:45pm ET, company holidays excluded.
    • NOTE: You may be asked to leave a message if caller demand is high. Please leave your detailed info (where and when to call back, etc), as calls are answered in the order they are received.
