INcontrol Part Manager
Manage
the parts used by an inventory.
Allows either the client or vendor to manage their part numbers
associated with an inventory and the vendor ID, client ID and part
description.
Multiple part item numbers can be specified for the same part so
that the vendor and client can use their own part identification
without duplicate listings on the server.
Updating Parts
Parts for the current inventory can be modified manually, by downloading
a file from the server or by importing a file directly. The INcontrol
Part Manager also handles the translations and descriptions
of the various parts in the inventory that define both the vendor
and client designations of a part/item number as well as the description
of the part/item.
Changing Inventories
Since inventory at your site may be tracked under different inventory
names (i.e. you are tracking inventory separately for your different
suppliers), you may need to switch back and forth between your different
inventories. Switching between inventories can be done by
simply clicking on a button.
INcontrol Fields Manager
Modifies
the fields that are associated with an inventory.
Manages the fields that are tracked per inventory (i.e. lot numbers,
locations), their types and restrictions. Restrictions include number
only, bar code entry only, manual entry only and others.
Multiple fields can be specified for the same part so that the
vendor and client can use their own part identification without
duplicate listings on the server.
Modify Fields
The Modify Fields option is used to update the fields that are
associated with the current inventory.
Change Counting Method
