Reporting Problems
XrayVision problems can be reported by contacting technical support or by using
our on-line problem reporting forms.
Known Problems And Limitations
- NT has drawing problems when set at a 256-color display.
- On the Tooth/Teeth Images and Delete Patient Image dialogs, the second
button from the right in the lowest thumbnail control will not display
a tooltip when the button is entered from the bottom.
- XrayVision can crash if a TWAIN source manager crashes.
- XrayVision can crash if the user does not quit or complete active image
captures before terminating the application.
- If a computer enters suspend mode, XrayVision can crash.
- New images sometimes ignore the image type selected by the user and
store as a JPEG image.
- Text on lowest tiles in a layout can disappear.
- Printing single images from a ZIP file will print the ZIP file date
and not the individual file's date.
- Opening a patient file directly under Nobody will not display patient's
information (it is treated as a non-patient file).
- Ctrl+F4 and Ctrl+F6 are redefined by XrayVision.
- Preview area in open file dialog can be overlapped by the resizeable
open file dialog features in Win98 and Win2000.
- The user can crash XrayVision by capturing an image from a device that they
previously did not close (i.e. the user captures an image from a TWAIN
device and before closing the TWAIN session, they try to capture another
image from the same device).
